WOW, WOW, WOW FOR 2012!!! Over 137 individual twirlers, along with 250 team members attended Twirltacular Alabama traveling from 8 surrounding states.
The famous "DAD" contest was the best part of the contest. What a blast everyone had! Come and join the fun. All organizations are welcome; NBTA, USTA, DMA, WTA and TU.

Fall/Spring 2013-2014 Available Classes

 

Monday’s 8am-12 noon- Creative Art and Movement- This class is for ages 2-5. They will be making crafts, learning to follow directions and movements, and to play games. They will also be listening to stories to go with each season. $40 per month.

DANCE CLASSES

1.    Monday 5:00-6:00 Tiny Tot Dancers/Gymnastics ages 2-5 $35 per month

2.    Monday 6:00-7:00 Hip Hop/Gymnastics ages 5-9 $35 per month

3.    Monday 7-8 Hip Hop/Gymnastics Ages 10 and up $35 per month

TWIRL CLASSES

1.    Tuesday 5:00-6:00 Beginner/Intermediate Twirl $40 per month

2.    Tuesday 6:00-8:00 Advanced Twirl  $40 per month

ALL TWIRL STUDENTS WILL BE ENROLLED IN DANCE CLASS.

Summer Camp Schedule 2013

Northwest Alabama Dance/Twirl Studio Summer Camp Schedule

June-July 2013

Creative Art and Dance Class- This class is for boys and girls ages 2-4. This class will have creative art, play, and dance. This class is $40 per month. Class time is Mondays 8-12. You must send a lunch and a snack with your child.

Hip Hop Dance

This class the students will be learning hip hop moves along with some gymnastics.  This class will meet on Tuesdays 8-12 and is for boys and girls ages 5-8. The cost for this class is $40 per month. You must send a lunch and a snack with your child.

Advance Hip Hop Dance

This class will be learning advanced hip hop moves along with gymnastics. This class will meet on Monday nights 6-8pm and is for ages 9 and up. The cost for this class is $40. Please send drinks with your child for this class.

Beginning/Intermediate Twirl 

This class is for ages 5-8. We will meet on Wednesdays 8-12. We will be learning basic twirls with marches and a dance/twirl routine. Please send a lunch and a snack with your child. The cost is $40 for this class.

 

Advanced Twirl

This class is for the twirler who has been taking classes or lessons for more than 2 years. We will be preparing for High School Majorette Tryouts learning hard routines and tricks. This class is recommended for ages 9 and up but will take younger if you qualify. This class will meet on Tuesday nights 6-8. The cost is $40. Please send a drink with your child.

Hip Hop Aerobics

This class will be on Thursday nights 6-7 and Saturdays 11-12. This class is for all ages and both women and men.

·         There will be a discount for siblings that live in the same household and if your child is taking more than one class. If you are a parent and want to take the hip hop aerobics and toning classes there will also be a discount.

·         Tuition is due first practice of each month. $10 late fee will apply if late. $30 fee will apply on returned checks.

·         I am accepting applications for scholarships for summer camps. If you want to apply for a scholarship you must contact me at wallyandkaydee@yahoo.com. Deadline last day of April.  Scholarships are for all classes even for Adults that want to take aerobics.

Crimsonettes coming to NWA dance/twirl studio

OK mark your calendars University of Alabama Majorettes Kaitlyn Walker and Laken Pitchford will be coming Saturday August 4th 10am-12:00. In this camp you will learn 2 baton tricks, 1 baton tricks , and dance twirl. I am very excited!!! The cost of the camp is $25. To register for this camp you can come in any Tuesday in July to the studio between 8-5 except for July 3rd (we will be closed). For ages 5 and up. Each party will be 2 hours long.

We can also hold parties weekdays and weekends during school vacations and holiday closings.

Rates
Parties up to 14 children: $200
Parties up to 20 children: $250
Parties of 21+ children: $300

A deposit of $100 is required to book the party.
